摘要

Hedgehog signalling is active in androgen-independent prostate cancer, and PTCH-positive circulating prostate tumour cells can be identified. Systemic anti-Hedgehog medicines have the potential to become a new therapeutic strategy in treatment of advanced prostate cancer.
