Adult-Onset minimal-change nephrotic syndrome: A benign disease

Summary  Ten patients with minimal change nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy are discussed. These adult patients presented with a nephrotic syndrome, between the years 1977 and 1986. The response to low dose Prednisone and the benign nature of the lesion are outlined.
