Plasma cell granuloma of the brain: An unusual case

Plasma cell granuloma is a rare and unusual process of unknown etiology characterized by non-neoplastic polyclonal proliferation of mature plasma cells and other mononuclear cells. The disease occurs most frequently in the lung and upper respiratory tract, while the involvement of the central nervous system is very rare. We present MRI findings of a plasma cell granuloma of the brain in a 47-year-old female patient with history of recurrent seizures.
