Intramolekular stabilisierte gallium- und indiumorganyle: Synthese und röntgenstrukturanalyse repräsentativer 5-Methyl-1-galla(inda)-5-azacyclooktane

The intramolecularly stabilized organogallium compounds ClGa(CH2CH2CH2)2NCH3 (1), RGa(CH2CH2CH2)2NCH3 (R Pr, iPr, Bu, tBu, Ph, CH2SiMe3, (CH2)3NMe2, (CH2)3NEt2, CH2CHMeCH2NMe2, C6H4CH2NMe2, H, (4–14)) and the indium analogs ClIn(CH2CH2CH2)2NCH3 (16) and HIn(CH2CH2CH2)2NCH3 (17) have been synthesized from GaCl3 or InCl3 and bis[(3-chloromagnesio)propyl]methylamine and subsequent reaction with the appropriate Grignard reagents RMgX, with RLi or lithium hydride, respectively. HGa(CH2CH2CH2)2NCH3 (14) inserts CO2 yielding HO2CGa(CH2CH2CH2)2NCH3 (15). The 1H-, 13C-NMR and mass spectra of the new compounds as well as the X-ray crystal structure analyses of 1, 12, 14 and 15 are reported and discussed.
