Abstract:

根据交通突发事件的影响范围来制定有效的应急管理方案对减少交通突发事件对城市路网的影响具有重要的意义.首先根据卡尔曼滤波算法,对交通突发事件影响时间进行预测,再基于交通波理论,对交通突发事件引起的交通波波速、排队长度等给出相应的计算方法和步骤,提出了交通突发事件影响范围的确定方法.通过示例路网计算分析,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性.
