Investigation and Analysis of ADR/ADE Induced by Clindamycin Injection in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regularity,characteristics and influential factors of ADR/ADE induced by Clindamycin injection,and to promote rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS:688 cases of Clindamycin injection in our hospital from Jan.to Jun.in 2012 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of gender,medication duration,drug combination,dosage and manifestation of ADR/ADE.RESULTS:Among 688 cases,the incidence of ADR/ADE was 9.7%,and there was no significant difference on gender.It was high more and more if it was enough about the time of drug use,the variety of drug combination or overdose.The incidence of ADR/ADE was high relatively in digestive system and nervous system.CONCLUSION:ADR/ADE induced by clindamycin infection is unpredictable.To strictly use Clindamycin injection according to package inserts,ADR/ADE can be reduced effectively.
