Laser-induced fluorescence of phosphoryl aromatic amino acids

摘要
Visible fluorescence of pure solid N-phosphoryl aromatic amino acids has been achieved under the excitation of the output of frequency-quadrupled Nd:YAG laser (266nm). The two peaks of fluorescence are assigned to the emission of the aromatic ring and the double bond of phosphoryl group. It was found that the substituent makes the emission of aromatic ring red shift and the phosphoryl group violet shift.
