摘要
The effect of Al addition on the corrosion properties of TiN coating was studied by electrochemical methods and surface analysis such as SEM and STM. It has been revealed that the structure of TiN coating has been changed from cylinder crystal to the crystal in nanometer. The corrosion property of TiN and (Ti, Al) N coatings are different. The general corrosion occurred on (Ti, Al)N coating in acid and salt solution, however, the corrosion behavior of TiN coating is similar to pit corrosion. The corrosion resistance of (Ti, Al)N has been improved for the self-repaired function of the (Ti, Al)N coating. The catalytic process under the (Ti, Al)N coating is not as serous as that under TiN coating.
