Electron-doped superconductor (La0.89Ce0.11)(2)CuO4 (LCCO) and colossal magnetoresistance material La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (LCMO) heterostructures on (001) SrTiO3 (STO) were prepared and investigated. It is found that both LCCO and LCMO layers are highly c-axis oriented, and the T-C (onset) and zero-resistance temperature T-C0 of the LCCO layer are 28 and 25 K, respectively. The Hall coefficient shows a negative sign well above T-C and a positive sign below 40 K, which is discussed by the two-carrier model. The magnetoresistance ((rho(0) - rho(H)) / rho(0)) of the bottom LCMO layer reaches its maximum, similar to 94%, at H = 5 T, which is larger than that of the single layer of LCMO grown on STO.
