摘要

Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.5Sn is a new β type alloy developed for biomedical application. This alloy contains no toxic elements and possesses low modulus. A surface treatment can induce the bioactivity on the Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.5Sn substrate. After soaking in simulated body fluid, the hydroxyapatite formed on the bioactive Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.5Sn surface by choosing appropriate pH value and temperature of the solution.
