The Research of CMOS Multi-channel SAW Filter Programmable High Frequency Switch IC

We introduce a four-channel 0.6 μm CMOS programmable weighting analog switch integrated circuit.Two high transconductance N-Channel MOSFETs are used for switching and weighting functions.The maximum continuous weighting range of this analog switch IC is 21.3 dB,and the minimum insertion loss is about-6 dB.In-situ tests show that the sampling,weighting and programmable weighting superposition can be implemented for SAW filters with center frequency from 50 MHz to 250 MHz.This analog switch IC is useful for MCM(Multi-Chip-Mode) programmable SAW filter.
