摘要

•MMC induced MNHEPs of rats dosed for 14 and 28 days.•The frequency of MNHEPs was lower at the highest doses with a peak at the lowest dose.•The frequency of proliferating hepatocytes at the highest dose was lower as well as MNHEPs.
