摘要

•Grayscale and VH-IVUS was performed in 581 patients undergoing coronary angiography.•We measured TNF-α, TNF-β, TNF receptor 2, interferon-γ, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and IL-18.•TNF-α was positively associated with coronary plaque burden and VH-TCFA lesions.•IL-10 was inversely associated with coronary plaque burden and large VH-TCFA lesions.
