摘要

•A method for extraction of perfluorinated alkyl acids from serum was developed.•The method consists of SPE, liquid/liquid-extraction, HPLC and anion extraction.•The final serum PFAA fraction is free of endogenous estrogens.•Upon extraction, the actual PFAA-induced xenoestrogenicity can be determined.
