摘要
The presence of personality disorders has been assessed in 20 inpatients suffering from peptic ulcer disease and 20 matched control inpatients afflicted with diabetes or urolithiasis. Using the Structured Interview for DSM-III Personality Disorders, 11 ulcer patients and 1 control patient reported at least one personality disorder (p < .001). The most frequent personality disorders were histrionic and mixed, patients with multiple personality disorders were relatively frequent. Only one diagnosis of dependent personality disorder was found in the ulcer group.
