Clinical Features of the Patients with Acute Decompensated Heart Failure for Whom Tolvaptan is not Effective

Tolvaptan is known to fail to dehydrate a part of patients with heart failure. However, their clinical features have not been fully concluded. In this study, we aimed to identify the clinical features of patients for whom tolvaptan is not effective to improve heart failure.
