This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Diagnostic test accuracy). The objectives are as follows: To determine the diagnostic accuracy of MRI, ultrasound and EP (reference standard), for the detection of posterior compartment disorders in patients with ODS, with a view to make recommendations regarding the ideal investigation for ODS.
