Acute myocarditis or acute myocardial infarction: How to differentiate?: Report of two cases of Clinic of Cardiology, Clinical Center, Kragujevac

Myocarditis is inflammatory disease of the myocardium which is often described in the literature as a 'ten faces disease' due to a different clinical presentation. Special problem and dilemmas in making diagnosis are symptoms and signs which indicate on coronary heart disease or acute coronary syndrome, especially when it is found in younger patients. With this article we present two cases, one with myocarditis and second with myopericarditis caused by Coxsackie B virus in younger patients, which mimic acute coronary síndrome.
