摘要

•10 Novel tabersonine derivatives were synthesized using tabersonine as lead compound.•The AChE inhibitory activities of tabersonine derivatives were evaluated.•Compound (7) showed the highest AChE inhibitory activity with IC50 was 5.32μM.
