摘要
Carbon materials occur in a rich variety of structures, diamond, graphite, amorphous carbon, fullerenes, and nanotubes. These carbon allotropes cover a wide range of dimensionality ranging from zero to three dimensions, and their mechanical, thermal, electric, magnetic, and optical properties show truly remarkable richness. In this chapter, the basic electronic structures and electronic transport properties of crystalline carbon materials, including graphenes and carbon nanotubes and bulk graphite, are reviewed.
