Inhibitory effect of anthocyanin-rich black soybean testa ( Glycine max (L.) Merr.) on the inflammation-induced adipogenesis in a DIO mouse model

摘要
•We found there are three major anthocyanins in the ethanol extract from seed coat of black soybean (BB): C3G, D3G, and P3G.•BB significantly decreases food intake and fat accumulation in DIO C57BL/6N mouse model.•We demonstrated the successful lipolysis-promoting effects of BB; the upregulation of HSL, LPL and p-AMPK expression.•Our result confirms the anti-inflammatory effect of BB; the downregulation of TNF-α and IL-6 expression.
