Abstract:

• Fabrication of zinc oxide quantum dots (ZnO-QDs) via solution process. • Photo-oxidation compression with commercial Degussa (P-25) TiO2. • Rate constant for ZnO-QDs (1.9×10−2/min) and P-25 (8.3×10−3/min) respectively. • Efficiencies were found to be 70% and 92% for P-25 and ZnO-QDs respectively.
