摘要
The camphor laurel, Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Nees and Eberm. is a major environmental weed in parts of eastern Australia, particularly in northeastern New South Wales. Recent attempts to control the spread of the species include encouraging commercial uses for it, including the production of timber, biomass for power generation, and distillation of the essential oil. The existence of two chemotypes, camphor and 1,8-cineole in northeastern NSW was revealed.
