摘要

•We generated three neutralizing monoclonal antibodies of HAdV-3.•MAb 3D7 has a high neutralization titre of 4096 (about 0.5μg/ml).•MAbs recognized HVR4 (amino acid position 244–254 of the hexon).•MAb 3D7 reduced rAd3EGFP load recovered in the lungs of mice.
