Mo1467 EUS in the Appropriate TRIAGE of Patients With Ampullary Lesions for Endoscopic, Surgical or Medical Treatment: Comparative Analysis of Local Staging and Intraductal Extension With ERCP and Surgical Pathology

The utility of EUS in the locoregional staging of ampullary adenomas and adenocarcinomas is unclear, in terms of appropriately triaging patients for endoscopic, surgical, or medical therapy. We compared EUS and ERCP with surgical pathology for the assessment of intraductal extension and local staging of ampullary lesions.
