The Hole Type Design Of Rotor For Considering The Dynamic Stiffness Of Rotor-Shaft Assembly

摘要
In our previous research, four non-uniform contact types and SMEs were studied firstly to simulate the possible non-uniform contact statuses induced by the real machined motor rotor. By inspecting the results of the non-uniform contact analyses, different incomplete contact type rotors with different contact rates will be designed accordingly in this paper. The designed method is to make gap slots artificially on the inner surface of rotor in this study. The design analyzed results indicate the shaft hot-fitted with the contact rate great than 50%, both closed endpoint single-gap slot type rotor will have a better dynamic stiffness. This design result will provide a valuable suggestion on the boring grinding machining of rotor.
