•WT1 levels in bone marrow before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) provide relevant prognostic information. WT1 levels at leukocyte recovery may be helpful in planning therapeutic strategies. Sustained bone marrow WT1 levels <100 copies are associated with a favorable outcome.
