摘要

•FER1L4 expression was markedly downregulated in EC tissues compared to control.•FER1L4 downregulation was positively correlated with decreased PTEN expression.•FER1L4 could promote PTEN expression and inhibit Akt phosphorylation.•FER1L4 showed significant inhibition on EC cell proliferation.•FER1L4 also induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis promotion in EC cells.
