Long-term treatment effect of trauma-affected refugees with flexible cognitive behavioural therapy and antidepressants.

•Treatment with cognitive behavioural therapy and antidepressants was associated with improvement in PTSD, depression, quality of life and level of functioning.•Improvement over time was independent of treatment modality.•Relational conflicts and socioeconomic problems were associated with worse outcome.
