摘要

•Resistomics for 672 Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains revealed 147 loci involved in antibiotic resistance.•Integron analysis identified more than 70 different integron types.•Resistome-wide association studies scored 46 markers for resistance to four clinically used antibiotics.•Variation in the oprD gene correlated well with changes in the meropenem MIC.
