Endovascular Management of a Ruptured Basilar Perforator Artery Aneurysm Associated with a Pontine Arteriovenous Malformation: A Case Report and Review of the Literature.

•Posterior fossa arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are often associated with flow-related aneurysms.•We successfully treated a ruptured flow related basilar perforator aneurysm associated with pontine AVM endovascularly.•Ruptured basilar perforator aneurysms often require stent assist and antiplatelet regimens with increased risk of bleeding.
