摘要

Our study showed an anti-proliferative effect on ovarian BRCA MSC upon in vitro mifepristone and progesterone combined treatment. These findings suggest that mifepristone or other selective progesterone receptor modulator could be developed as preventive treatment and postpone early use of prophylactic salpingoophorectomy as well as reduce the risk of ovarian cancer.
