Novel hybrids of benzothiazole-1,3,4-oxadiazole-4-thiazolidinone: Synthesis, in silico ADME study, molecular docking and in vivo anti-diabetic assessment.

•Synthesis of new hybrid analogues incorporating benzothiazole, oxadiazole, 4-thiazolidinone.•ADME analysis; all compounds follow the Rule of Five.•Molecular docking study performed on PPAR-γ.•In-vivo anti-diabetic screening by OGTT and STZ model.•Three compounds Tz21, Tz17, Tz10 appeared as most potent anti-diabetic agents.
