Simultaneous determination of dietary isoprenoids (carotenoids, chlorophylls and tocopherols) in human faeces by Rapid Resolution Liquid Chromatography.

•A RRLC-DAD method was set up and validated for 19 isoprenoids in a faecal matrix.•The method shows good analytical validation parameters in a run time of only 28 min.•25 carotenoids isomers, 9 chlorophylls derivatives and 2 tocopherols are identified.•The method is suitable for isoprenoids bioaccessibility evaluation in human studies.
