Harmonization of pipeline for preclinical multicenter MRI biomarker discovery in a rat model of post-traumatic epileptogenesis.

•Data collected by 3 MR imaging facilities with 4.7 T and 7 T magnetic field strengths.•Harmonizing contrast in diffusion-, magnetization transfer- and T2 weighted imaging.•Accurate execution: scans within one hour from the target 2 d and 9 d post-injury.•Reproducible data in shams over time and hardware stability monitored.•Harmonizing between in vivo and ex vivo MRI.
