Anthelmintic activity of injectable eprinomectin (eprecis ® 20 mg/mL) in naturally infected dairy sheep.

•A single dose of injectable eprinomectin had excellent curative efficacy in sheep.•Ewes did not show any treatment-related health problems or adverse drug events.•FEC remained low for 28 days treatment in dairy ewes grazing in natural pastures.•Untreated ewes lost bodyweight across the study compared to treated ones.
