Abstract

Purpose: Endorectal balloons (ERBs) are an option to reduce rectal toxicity during prostate cancer external beam radiotherapy (EBRT). Larger balloons up to 100 cc have been shown to increase rectal sparing. This study aimed to quantify prostate anterior–posterior (A-P) deformation with a 100 cc balloon.
