Fatigue Life Analysis of Cylindrical Roller Bearings Based on Contact Stress

First of all,this paper introduces the classical life theory of the cylindrical roller bearings,then uses the Hertz contact stress theory to calculate the maximum contact stress of cylindrical roller bearings and the three- parameter power function equation to get the value of the fatigue life of the bearings. By changing the number of roller bearings,the size of the radial force and radial clearance parameters,the fatigue life results obtained based on the contact stress compared with these of the classical theory,the method proves to be reasonable. And it analyze the relationship befween the bearing's fatigue life and its speed under the centrifugal force.
