Hes getting under my skin! Comparing the sensitivity and specificity of dermal vs subcuticular lesions as a measure of aggression in mice

⿢The Pelt Aggression Lesion Scale (PALS) was validated as reliable measure of mouse aggression.⿢Inter-rater (0.84) and test-retest (0.96) reliabilities for PALS were high.⿢PALS showed convergent validity with external wound scores and discriminant validity.⿢No false positive results were found when mice with ulcerative dermatitis were examined.
