Sleep Disorders and Night Sweat in End-Stage Renal Disease

Results: The prevalence of hypertensive disease in patients with ESRD was significantly higher than in the controls. However, there was no statistical significance in the majority of sleep disorder symptoms, including night sweat, between the controls and the patients with ESRD. Headache during sleep and difficulty waking up was higher in control patients without ESRD, but showed no significant statistical difference after adjusting for confounding factors. Conclusion: Sleep disorders in patients with ESRD showed no statistically significant differences compared to control patients who visited the primary care clinic.
