442: UNDERWEIGHT STATUS IS AN INDEPENDENT PREDICTOR OF HOSPITAL MORTALITY IN PEDIATRIC PATIENTS ON ECMO

Participants’ overall performance was 2.6 out of 5 and 2.2 out of 5 for both the respiratory failure and the DKA sessions respectively. With the completion of the study, we anticipate significant improvement in participants’ performance scores and comfort level. Conclusions: A statewide outreach program using high fidelity simulation-based will improve community EDs provider’s performance and comfort and enhance uniformity of care for pediatric patients.
