摘要

•This paper proposes a new algorithm for MPPT of PEMFC systems.•The fractional order is used to ensure the system has good tracking effect.•A novel method was used to improve MPPT speed and steady-state INC perturbation.•The scheme presented here is better than those of INC and FOINC.
