We propose a time-domain f(ceo) stabilization method that f(ceo) is stabilized using heterodyne interference phase between two delay-stabilized pulse trains. Allan derivations of stabilized f(ceo) are 1.48x10(-9) at 1 s and 4.90x10(-10) at 100 s.
