摘要
Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is the most common cardiac arrhythmia in childhood and neonatal period. It is defined as 1: 200-250 in this period. Clinical findings in the newborns are heavier and may be come across as heart failure and hydrops fetalis. 10-20% of cases have Wolf Parkinson White (WPW) paternity. Sometimes it can cause morbidity and mortality in neonatal period due to drug-resistant and recurrent episodes. In this article, we present a case of SVT developed on the basis of WPW which is the result of the use of phenylephrine in neonatal period.
