摘要
•Anthocyanins were transported and taken up by NCI-N87 gastric cells.•Transportation of Cy-3-pentosides through NCI-N87 was greater than Cy-3-hexosides.•Cellular uptake of Cy-3-glucoside was greater than Cy-3-galactoside.•Uptake & transport of anthocyanins di-substituted on the B ring was greatest.•Increased B-ring substitution decreased anthocyanin uptake and transport.
