摘要
•The main objective of this study was to identify shared dimensions of teacher wellbeing.•Same dimensions of ecological wellbeing were common to the teachers from three geographical areas (WB, Gaza, IL).•Economic, Pscychosocial, Professional, Contextual themes emerged.•The three populations differed in terms of the relative salience of each theme.•Enhancing the quality of life of teachers in WB, Gaza and Israel is urgent.
