Influence of the growth parameters on the electronic and magnetic properties of La 0.67 Sr 0.33 MnO 3 epitaxial thin films

•Fluence affects the structural, electronic and magnetic properties of LSMO.•Surface stoichiometry depends on laser fluence.•Annealing with low oxygen pressure results in a reduced lattice parameter.•Surface morphology is related to presence of elastic relaxation.•Thick films have a high remanent magnetization and low coercivity.
