A Hybrid Dsse Scheme With Different Kinds Of Measurements

With the development of EI (Energy Internet), the high quality real-time state information will be more important for energy system. This paper proposes a comprehensive distribution system state estimation scheme. This scheme is promising in combining different kinds of measurements together to give real time state aware information with high resolution and a certain precision. In order to complete the requirement of this scheme, both dynamic state estimation method and WLS (Weighted Least Square) based static state estimation method are involved to deal with different measurements. The weight information is also handled subtly. Simulation with IEEE 69-bus system is conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Hopefully by adopting this scheme, the observability can be effectively improved and the period of state estimation can be greatly reduced.
