摘要

In this study, we measure the wavelength dependence on the device operation of integrated Mach-Zehnder modulators in cascade. We use a balanced-bridge and asymmetric X coupler. We investigate the extinction ratio and bias voltage of these structures, and calculate the relationship between the phase change and the imperfect-bias extinction ratio.
