摘要
•The 2-dimentional rGO layer spin coated on the GaN NRs and used for improving the gas sensing properties.•The rGO/GaN NRs showed higher response to the H2 and H2S gases compared to pristine GaN NRs.•UV illumination enhances the response of rGO/GaN NRs.
